On the road again!

After having breakfast and receiving a nice birthday present we are on the road again to Port Maquarie, about 400km to the north. We follow Keith' s recommendation to drive to Wollombi, an old village in the Hunter Valley. He proposes to drink the famous Jungle Juice by Dr Jurd, a German pub owner. We go to Wollombi, but we prefer having scones in a cafe, instead of Jungle Juice, still not sure whatever that is.

Finally we reach Port Maquarie and are really tired.

As we are in a B and B without any service?! We have the chance to sleep long, no fixed breakfast time!!! Great!

We have a nice walk along the beach the next morning and Fried goes for a swim. Later in the afternoon it starts raining and we take the car to drive to the city centre. We find a really nice shopping centre in town, but unfortunately all the shops close early at 4.30 pm.

So we try to find the Harbour and end up in a nice settlement, where Fried wants to live from now on!

He is really impressed and is envious that there is nothing comparable in Germany!

So young folks, why don't you emigrate to Australia?

This is really a nice country to live in! Very rich in every respect!!
